The title ANutr isn’t just a label — it’s earned.

To be able to join the UKVRN as a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr), individuals must either:
🎓 Complete an AfN‑accredited BSc or MSc (Direct Entry)
🌍 Or meet standards through the International Portfolio route for those completing non‑UK nutrition degrees

All ANutrs must also demonstrate achievement of all the foundational UKVRN Core Competencies — from professional conduct and nutrition science to food systems, behaviour, and health.

PLUS they commit to ongoing professionalism through upholding the:
✔ AfN Standards of Ethics, Conduct & Performance
✔ AfN Standards for Freelance & Independent Practice

ANutr = verified knowledge + assessed competence + ethical practice.

When choosing a nutrition professional, always check the title — and check the register.
