This detailed course covers the three pillars of nutrition which include understanding food and nutrients, translating these concepts into healthy eating practices and then using this knowledge to effect change in others both on an individual and group level. The course also covers specialist areas including plant-based diets, low fat/carb diets, religious groups, sport groups and children and infant’s diets across their phases of development.

The course will equip you with the knowledge required to advise others in a range of settings, including gyms, health shops and schools, in group sessions or on a one-to-one basis.

The course is completed entirely online and can be studied at your own pace and commenced when you are ready from any device. The course consists of on-demand HD videos, a comprehensive downloadable manual, as well as unlimited tutor support. Upon completion you will receive your level 3 certificate.
