Transferring Registration
Covid-19 notice:

We are continuing as normal with applications to join and re-join the Register. Most individuals shouldn’t notice any interruption to our services, but with AfN staff working from home, there may be minor delays to our processing, which we will do our very best to keep to a minimum.

  • Complete the following:
Application Form for Transfer from ANutr to RNutr
Competency Mapping Form (Part B)

  • Return completed application form, mapping form, supporting statement, portfolio of evidence, and payment, to Association for Nutrition.

During the current Covid-19 pandemic, like many of you, our staff are working remotely in accordance with government advice. Therefore during this time, please submit your application form and accompanying documents electronically to: registration@associationfornutrition.org

If your files are too large to send in a single email, please either try creating a Zip folder to reduce file size or alternatively use a file transfer service such as Google drive or WeTransfer. Please do not send multiple emails.

Notes:

Please ensure you have attached the correct amount of postage for the weight and size of your envelope as failure to do so will result in your application not being received (remember an envelope larger than A5 is classed as a Large Letter by Royal Mail).

RNutr transfer portfolios must not exceed 50 pages of A4 and must not be presented in individual plastic pockets/wallets within the application folders.

Please inform your referees of your application, as we will contact these shortly after receipt of your application and will not be able to send your transfer portfolio to an assessor until references have been received and all other documentation has been confirmed as enclosed (CV, supporting statement, mapping form B with accompanying evidence & assessment fee).
