ESS Food Regulations, Nutrition & Health Training

This course is AfN certified as suitable for those working or volunteering in a Level 1 role within Catering

Attendees will gain an understanding of the nutrition, health & well being for their own health and well being and Military personnel health and well being. They will gain an understanding of the importance of compliance of the Food Information Regulations (using correct ingredients and recipes), Military food regulations and Government Buying Standards.
