Remote Account Coordinator

We’re looking for a stellar Account Coordinator to join our one-of-a-kind team in the UK and Europe. Our ideal candidate is a registered dietitian nutritionist with experience in client service. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, self-starting candidate with a passion for food and nutrition communication. In this role, you’ll learn from a close-knit team of nutrition communication experts and contribute to our work with high-profile clients.

This is a paid, full-time role with a 9–12-month, fixed-term contract. This position is only open to candidates who have the authority to work and are currently living in the United Kingdom or the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide client service support including coordinating, scheduling and attending meetings; note-taking; conducting research; drafting, editing and reviewing materials; organizing client files, and maintaining project trackers
  • Assist in management of internal team communication including scheduling team calls and meetings, drafting agendas and organizing team files
  • Manage client influencer network relationships, facilitating review and coordination of sponsored content development, maintaining records, and coordinating invoice details
  • Organize end-to-end client event logistics and promotions and KPI measurement
  • Conducting secondary/desk research for client landscaping projects
  • Actively participate in team meetings and team building workshops
  • Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as needed (contributing on internal initiatives, incoming client projects, strategic planning, new business, etc.)

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, communication, public relations, marketing or related field preferred
  • Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) or Registered Nutritionist (ANutr/RNutr) credential strongly preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in nutrition marketing, communication or PR at an agency or in-house at food/CPG/related company
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities
  • Results-driven with a focus on delivering excellent client service
  • Takes initiative and demonstrates flexibility when priorities shift
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability with proven ability to work independently
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to engage in an active environment of idea-sharing
  • Passion for nutrition and food communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and capable of working with other technology platforms as needed (e.g. Slack, Zoom, Miro)
  • Availability for typical CET/GMT work hours, but some flexibility to support the US team
  • Authorization to work and currently living in the United Kingdom or the Netherlands
