Complaint or Concern about a Registrant's Practice or Behaviour
If you are unhappy with your experience with a UKVRN Registered Nutritionist or Registered Associate Nutritionist, you can make a complaint or raise a concern with us as their professional regulator.

Where possible we do ask that you initially raise your concern directly with the Registered Nutritionist or Registered Associate Nutritionist. However if this is not possible, you have exhausted all other complaints procedures (such as via their employer) and/or these have been unsatisfactory, you can raise this with the Association for Nutrition.

UKVRN Fitness to Practice Rules explains our procedures in detail. This document describes both what we can and cannot investigate, as well as the process for making and investigating complaints and concerns.

If you wish to submit a complaint or raise a concern about the practice of a UKVRN Registered Nutritionist or Registered Associate Nutritionist, please collate your information and complete a AfN Fitness to Practise Submission Form. (We advise reading the UKVRN Fitness to Practice Rules prior to completing and submitting this form).
