Apply for Registration
Please ensure that you read all documents before submitting your application, as missing information is a significant cause for delay in processing registration applications.

Download forms and guidance document for appropriate registration category:

Read through the Accompanying Reference Documents: 
 Step 3:  

Complete and submit application, ensuring all relevant documents are enclosed
within each of the folders (don't forget you need to send 2 full copies of your application)


        
N.B.

1. Please make sure that you have attached the correct amount of postage, as AfN is not able to accept documents requiring an underpayment charge to be paid to Royal Mail. Please remember an A4 envelope is classed as a large letter and is therefore not covered by a standard class stamp.

2. Please ensure that your ID and degree certificate/transcript has been certified (This can be by any professional who has known you for >12mths and is not related to you or living at the same address)
